Job Summary:
Primary responsibility is to facilitate the communications functions of the business office and provide clerical support.
Essential Functions:
- Facilitate the communications system which may include: mail distribution, memo’s, answers incoming calls, documents and disseminates appropriate messages.
- Provides clerical support which may include helping with marketing, preparation of admission packets, monitoring and ordering office supplies and forms, typing, special projects, filing and copying.
- Promotes the agency philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to patients/families, physicians and community agencies. Uses effective customer service skills when directing calls and assisting others.
- Provides computer support and data entry.
- Promotes effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals and maintains confidentiality.
- Manage Front Desk.
- Clean office as needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
