• Monday - Friday
• Monday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and onboarding new practice members via phone and in person.
• Handling payments efficiently.
• Scheduling appointments and addressing service inquiries.
• Coordinating patient schedules to maximize clinic efficiency.
• Making reminder calls to confirm appointments, and ensuring patient attendance.
• Conducting informative and empathetic financial discussions with patients.
• Managing patient accounts and documents effectively.

Qualifications:

• Possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• No current students.
• Proficient in computer and technology.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
