Located in the heart of Chelsea, MA, for over 30 years, our experienced dentists provide comprehensive general and family dentistry and orthodontic care.
Our Front Desk Administrators are at the front of the line of all patient interaction and communication. They buildd and maintain patient relationships and manage access to care and financial planning. The Front Desk Coordinator reports directly to the owner/office manager. Due to our patient population, a qualified candidate must be able to speak Spanish fluently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- -Spanish-speaking
- -Excellent customer service and communication skills
- -Proficient understanding of medical and dental billing claims
- -Understand patient scheduling
- -Positive attitude and energetic personality
- -Comfortable in a computerized environment
- -Ability to multitask and be self-directed
- -Team player
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with patients in a positive professional manner via phone and in-person
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Review and educate patients about treatment plans and financial responsibilities
- Accurately confirm insurance benefits and communicate and collect patients' payment obligations
- Maintain and manage patient records such as initial forms and all paperwork associated with each visit
- Perform billing procedures with accurate data entry of all patient information
- Respond to requests for information
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
- Perform other job-related duties
- Triple-check walkouts

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
