Front Desk / Night Auditor

Job Duties:

• Make Reservation for same day and future guest.
• Have knowledge of hotel room types and locations
• Check In and Check Out
• Run night audit and verifying all shift work
• Updating housekeeping
• Work with Maintenance to handle guest issues.
• Display excellent customer service and problem handling skills
• Maintains customers’ privacy.
• Dress professional always being in uniform
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Previous hotel-related experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of surrounding areas and local events.
• Ability to understand and adhere to proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures. Able to properly secure guest information.
• Ability to learn safety, emergency, and accident prevention policies and procedures.
• Skilled in the use of front office equipment.
• Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
