The Gig
First & Last Impression: It’s not an easy feat to get to us and we want guests to immediately feel like they’ve arrived at a long-time friend’s getaway!
Stellar Communication: Stickler for grammar but love energetic and playful conversation? We want guests to feel our personality! Despite our remote location, we are pretty tech savvy and leverage that to best communicate with each other and our guests.
Unforgettable Experiences: Your role is pivotal in ensuring our guests leave feeling like they had the time of their life! If you appreciate the small details and believe that is what makes hospitality great, this role is for you. This is perfect for someone who is invested in learning the local landscape and can act as an ambassador for our guests.
Manage a fun team: You’ll lead the charge of 4-5 adventurous Front Desk agents! As a jack of all trades, you’ll show your team how to get it done with a hands-on approach.
The General Store: The general store is the living room of the property. Guests swing through for recommendations, to share stories, and to pick up little items for them to take home with them so they can remember “Yonder” forever.
A little more info: Yonder Escalante is located near Bryce Canyon National Park and within Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (midway between Salt Lake City and Las Vegas).
Our park has 52 rooms and 6 campsites. The park’s public spaces and amenities include a drive-in movie theater, an oversized pool + spa, an outdoor lodge with in-ground propane firepits, 6 custom propane grills, a General Store, a food truck, guest laundry facilities, and 2 luxury bathhouses.
