Water House Wellness is a wellness center that provides massage, acupuncture, esthetics, retail, classes & workshops, and a calm atmosphere and community to our clients. All the practitioners have their own style of massage to help clients in their health journey. We are very open-minded and welcoming of anyone who wants to join our growing community!

We are searching for a Front Desk Lead who thrives on multitasking, is good at problem solving, sales, detailed work and helping clients and coworkers. Being flexible and professional is foundational in our workspace.

Your main duties would be supervising the desk, scheduling clients, answering phones, coaching the Front Desk team to meet sales goals and keeping a clean work space. As we are a place of healing, we appreciate a nurturing energy and productive outlook. If you enjoy commanding a lot of moving pieces, the Front Desk is right for you!

Duties include:

• Acting as manager on duty handling any operational needs that may arise
• Covering desk as needed on shifts and to cover vacation/sick time
• Assisting practitioners as needed
• Act as a sales lead, overseeing the desk staff's sales goals
• Ability to run local, business needed errands. Access to a car needed.
• Contacting clients for scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, waitlists, payment information, etc.
• Be a liaison to the GM
• Organize practitioners' schedules
• Problem solve on the spot when issues come up
• Answer phone calls, texts, emails
• Provide friendly and respectful assistance to clients and practitioners
• Assist with invoices when needed

Qualifications:

• Weekends and evenings are required
• 2+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Proficient computer and basic technology skills (worked with organizational softwares, use Google suite, can use Apple products like MacBook and iPhone)

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
