FRONT DESK LEAD Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Uphold the highest level of Front Desk standards
- Greet each member and guest with an upbeat voice, welcoming smile & professional manner
- Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers
- Maintain dress code: maintain neat appearance & wear proper uniform attire with name tag
- Maintain weekly schedule & adjust as needed for holiday coverage, ect
- Hire & train new Front Desk employees
- Consistently coach & counsel Front Desk employees
- Maintain effective communication to all employees through GroupMe, emails & monthly meetings
- Work weekly Guest reports for the company scorecard
- Take ownership of the HAC/NAC memberships, check ins & reporting
- Update/refresh Front Desk manual as needed
- Maintain & update to companywide staff directory
Approximate Hours: 15 hours/week (includes at least one Front Desk shift)
