We’re seeking an IOP Group Facilitator & Clinical Supervisor who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence to support our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP/PHP Program).
We Seek:
- Schedule: (Full Time) 12:30 pm - 9:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
- Must be licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with one of the following licensures:
- LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD.
- Experience in group, family, and individual therapy.
- Experience working with an array of populations, diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders.

- Full Time Salary: $75,000- $85,000 annually - compensation package commensurate to years of experience.

Your Impact:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals.
- Work directly with the patient and family, to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.
- Provide individual, family, and weekly therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions.
- Document all necessary information in our EMR/EHR platform (Advanced MD).
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care.
- Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
- Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, proving support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey.
