PART TIME FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Monday: 11:30 AM - 3 PM; Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM; Thursday 8:30 AM - 1 PM and Friday 9 AM - Noon.
Job Description:
The Front Desk Coordinator is crucial to the flow of our practice. This member of our team should have excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
· Responsible for receiving inbound calls from prospective patients, advising of services offered, answer questions and schedule appointments.
· Answers telephones, route calls, supplies information, takes message, retrieves voicemails, emails, text messages, patient portal correspondences and forwards information to intended recipients, returns calls in response to any messages requiring follow up per the practice procedures.
· Establishes and maintains patient, provider and client files up to date (i.e., address, phone number, contacts or practice information etc.).
· Accurately collect patient payments and post to patient account.
· Monitor and manage scheduling to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
· Providing exceptional patient care while maintaining a professional, positive, and friendly attitude.
· Ability to be trained in using state of the art technology.
· Working together with the team and our provider to ensure all patient needs are met.

Education / Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 year(s) relevant experience in the dental/ medical profession, Front Desk or customer service industry

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
