Overview:
The Front Desk Coordinator is a hybrid role stationed at the Front Desk engaging with employees and guests on the required in office days (Tuesday and Thursday), along with days where the office would require a person to oversee the Front Desk.
Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
Function – First Impression
- Greeting visitors to the corporate office
- Answering calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage and order office supplies
- Handle and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail USPS and FedEx
- Update franchise Dashboards as needed
- Communicate at all levels via telephone, email, and Jira
- Ability to work efficiently out of multiple technology platforms simultaneously throughout the day
- Provide administrative support as needed
Function 2 – Customer Solutions and Compliance
- Answering Customer Solutions Calls
- Creating/answering Jira tickets
- Follow up on various inquiries through various communication channels
- Mediate between clubs/studios and franchises
- Enforce franchise compliance policies
- Process Anytime Fitness member lockouts
- Monitor and audit various reports

- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Ability to handle stress, exercise good judgment and make sound decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, can-do attitude, self-motivated and able to work effectively in a cross functional, collaborative environment.
Background:
- Two or more years of experience in customer service.
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Two or more years of advanced education preferred.
