As a Front Desk Concierge, you get to develop meaningful relationships with our patients while offering superb customer service. You'll be working in a team-driven environment, welcoming patients, serving beverages, answering phone calls, emails and text messages and most importantly be able to excel in promoting our services to schedule patient consultations.
We are looking for someone who thrives on teamwork rather than solo work. A critical aspect of this role is the be proficient in multitasking, sharp, energetic, positive demeanor, quick learner, high emotional and intellectual intelligence, adept in sales and marketing. Prior customer service is a must. Of course, excellent written and verbal communication skills are also a must, as you will be generating emails, text message and responding various patient inquiries / concerns. Given the nature of the role, it's crucial to have an assertive yet kind demeanor and the ability to maintain a positive outlook no matter the circumstances.
