Responsibilities:
- Providing an enjoyable, vibrant and safe environment for residents
- Professionally handle numerous of inquiries from prospects, clients and residents
- Welcome, acknowledge and greet all potential prospects and residents
- Answer telephones, manage and organize all calls
- Assist the property in basic maintenance, admin and security duties
- Announce all visitors to the clients, sales team and residents. Maintain all clearance accordingly
- Maintain a pristine, sanitize and safe working environment
- Keep track of all keys, government IDs and parking access
- Staying calm in a stressful atmosphere, rising to the occasion in times of adversity, overcoming challenges while being poised and maintaining professionalism and flexibility
- Assisting the property in basic admin, maintenance and security duties
- Organize and manage designated areas/facilities including but not limited to the lobby, storage, pet and package center.
- Adhering to all property's and company's values, culture and rules
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
