Job Summary:
We are looking for fun and energetic team members who are eager to provide excellent customer service to guests. If you love people, have a knack for customer service and want to work in a place where you can make a difference while being part of an amazing team, we would like to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers with a smile and set a friendly, positive experience
2. Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate office
3. Provide information about our facility
4. Selling memberships, processing payments, signing guests up for various activities
5. Ability to work in facility software management (Bond)
6. Performs other related duties as required
The ideal candidate must be at least 15 years of age or older and possess a wiliness to learn. Must be able to understand and follow instructions. Outstanding communication skills required. Passionate about life, fitness, and health is a plus. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Possess effective time management skills. Must be able to work flexible shifts around school and sports.
