Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or route calls to appropriate staff members
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a Front Desk or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems is an advantage
