Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of phone systems and Front Desk operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in hospitality management software or reservation systems is a plus
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable, particularly fluency in English and another language
