Front Desk Care Advocate

Lighthouse Family Chiropractic is looking for a Front Desk Care Advocate! We are a pediatric and prenatal nervous system focused office that specializes to help children with Sensory Processing Disorders. We help provides HOPE and ANSWERS to families by getting to the ROOT CAUSE of any form of dis-ease in the body! This allows them to heal from within and greatly improve their quality of life.

We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, compassionate, and organized person who will advocate for the health of families that they can control their own health from a natural perspective!

Job Duties + Qualifications Include:

• Patient greeting/interaction
• Scheduling and answering phone calls
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and detail oriented
• Presenting Care Plan financial options and credit card billing
• Talking and building relationships with families and practice members
• Loves working with kids of all ages and challenges
• Natural health minded
• Previous work experience in a health care office is preferred, but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 31 per week
