Front Desk Attendant/Receptionist

Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Attendant to join our team. As a Front Desk Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our residents and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for anyone entering our property and will provide outstanding customer service while efficiently managing Front Desk operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about the property and its amenities.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Assist with resident check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries related to leasing and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area.
• Sort and distribute mail and packages.
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Coordinate with property management staff to address resident requests and concerns.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating resident events and activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
