Front Desk Attendant - Libertyville, ILPart-time, 5-10 hrs/weekWednesdays 5:00pm-10:15pm
HealthFitness is looking for a part-time Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Advocate Condell Centre Club Libertyville in Libertyville, IL. In this role you will be the very first impression on our members and guests. This sets the tone for their entire experience at the club that day. The attention you show members - an inquiry on how they enjoyed their workout, a friendly smile as you bid them goodbye - enhances their experience and motivates them to return. This makes the Front Desk team an integral part of our promise to deliver the very best member experience and motivate people to return and take care of their health.
What you'll be doing

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service and phone conversations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests of the club.
• Greet members and guests and assist with check-in, schedule appointments, provide information, and process point of sale transactions.
• Towel and linen care, including laundering, folding and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have

• Ability to be a team player and work well with others.
• Basic computer skills (word, excel, etc.).
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Adult CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• Flu vaccination is required at this client site.
