Position:Front Desk Attendant
Overview: Since 1977, Echelon Supply and Service has been a leading supplier of hoses and hose assemblies for commercial and military applications throughout the world. Echelon Supply and Service is currently seeking an experienced Front Desk Attendant who will be responsible for answering customer’s calls and ensuring they receive prompt service. Duties include greeting visitors when they arrive and ensuring a superb first impression.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls on multi-line phone system
- Greet incoming visitors, assist with sign in
- Sorting and distribution of daily mail
- Daily filing of accounting documents, invoices, records
- Assistance with monthly recognition celebrations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and skilled in time-management Positive attitude, outgoing, and self-motivated
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Experience working with a multi-lined phone system preferred
- Able to keep confidential information
