- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrival
- Conduct night audit duties as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly fluency in [languages]
