SalarySeeking a Front Desk Associate at our beautiful, state-of-the-art Medical Spa. Responsibilities include answering the phone, greeting patients, booking appointments, and providing information about our services. If you have a knack for customer service, are computer and tech savvy, and have experience working in the beauty industry, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check patients in upon arrival
- Book & manage patient appointments using our electronic medical record
- Provide information about our services
- Make follow-up calls and respond to patients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell products and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients
Skills
- Work experience as a Front Desk Associate, Receptionist or similar role in a medical office or medical spa
- Experience with electronic medical record software a plus
- Customer service skills essential
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Please be computer savvy and know how to use an iPad.
