Job Description Role and Responsibilities

Front desk duties: Answer phones, check voicemails, and return calls, check and respond to general e-mail inquiries.

Maintains scheduling commitments- Books Cancels and reschedule appointments with a cloud-based scheduling Software.

Welcomes customers by greeting them and assisting them.

Advises customers by providing information on products and services.

Opens Customer Accounts by recording account information

Advises customers of Rewards program.

Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, and store or other credit cards.

Directs customers by escorting them to the assigned room and instructing customers on the use of saunas, towels, and smart television.

Turns over Sauna rooms and restocks with clean supplies (includes cleaning sauna rooms, sweeping and mopping)

Folds towels and places them in the towel area

Maintains a clean neat and sanitary environment.

Cleans restrooms and restocks supplies when needed. Cleans any spills that may occur in the general areas.

Use judgment to solve customer problems

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 16 per week
