Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Assist with transactions, class assignments, and check-in/out procedures for skaters
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Provide information about amenities, services, and programs
- Assist with guest requests such as booking parties or signing up for classes
Experience:
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Hockey and/or figure skating knowledge is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.
