Position: Front Desk Admitting Representative (Mandarin Speaker) Location: Concourse Diagnostic Surgery Center- Alhambra Language Skills: Mandarin (required), Cantonese (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the surgery center
- Manage patient admissions and ensure accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Verify and collect necessary patient information
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin is a must
- Proficiency in Cantonese is a strong asset
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
