Front Desk Associate

Come join our award-winning team as a Front Desk Associate at the Courtyard by Marriott in Orem. Position is full-time (30+ hours/week), Monday- Friday, 7am-3pm.

Minimum Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must present self in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming

Performance Expectations

• Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs
• Ensure the safety and security of our guests and associates

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
