Form of workSwimKids of Georgia is a local swim school with a passion for teach young children to swim. We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a college student who is looking for part-time, flexible hours. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
At a Front Desk Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves managing phone calls, greeting guests, and handling various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide information to visitors and address inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of communication.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and one day per weekend.
Schedule:
- Part-Time: Three weekdays plus one weekend day.
- Evening Shift: 3:00pm to 7:30pm (8pm on certain days).
