Front Desk Agent/Concierge

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide excellent guest services at our agents and local community. The ideal candidate will have experience in guest relations and the ability to support the office by helping and empowering others.

Responsibilities Include: Greet guests and provide them with a friendly and professional welcome. Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely manner. Provide information about office amenities and services. Plan and prepare meeting materials. Execute day to day activities and excel with effective communication.

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations. High problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
