Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and accurately recorded
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests promptly and courteously
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is an advantage
