Front Desk Agent
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and check them in
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with luggage and other requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
