The Front Desk is the first impression on our valued guest, delivering a warm and genuine friendly smile is the first step in the guest stay. Knowledgeable of service and helpful guidance from you reassures guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us.
Essential Functions:
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner recognizing members in a timely manner
- Proficient with technology
- Check guests in, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location
- Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check-in matching the method of payment provided by the guest at the same time while in line with local legislative requirements
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner
- Up-sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue
- Answer inquires pertaining to hotel services, registration, shopping, dining and travel directions
- Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures
- Arrange for sending and receiving of packages
- Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up
- Take action to solve guest problems/complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines
- Report any health and safety incident, security breaches, concerns or suspicious behavior to the supervisor or manager on duty
- Driving guest in our shuttle van to XNA and 5 mile radius
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
· Pay: $13-$15 per hour based on experience
Preferred Licenses/ Certification:
Valid state driver’s license and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving vehicles.
Required Technology:
Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, or process information

Qualifications:
*Valid Drivers License
*Ability to drive shuttle van
*High School Graduate or Equivalent
*Hospitality industry experience preferred
