We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and phone systems is an asset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
