- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Collect payment from guests
- Exceptional customer service
- Handling guest check-ins/check-outs
- Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Uses a positive and clear speaking voice, listens and understands requests, responds with appropriate action.
- Comprehensive training will be provided; no prior experience is necessary. Full time and part time positions offered.
