This is a Part-time position. Weekend availability, including Sunday is required. Holiday availability is required. Some Overtime will be required.

Job Description:

• Provides excellent customer service
• Check in’s/out’s
• Posts room changes
• Knowledge of hotel rates and promotions
• Cash handling
• PBX responsibilities
• Other duties assigned by supervisor or manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required
• Front desk/receptionist experience preferred
• Hospital experience preferred
• On Q Knowledge a plus
• Cash handling and receptionist experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge required (Internet, MS Word)
• Strong communication skills required
• Neat appearance, pleasant, hospitable attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Holidays
• Morning shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
