Front Desk Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include greeting guests, checking them in and out, and assisting with any inquiries or requests they may have. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor - Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and transcribing documents - Utilize computerized systems to make reservations, update guest information, and process payments - Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures Requirements: - Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or medical receptionist is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills - Proficient in using Google Suite and other computerized systems - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute We offer competitive pay rates and benefits for this position.
