Job Overview
We are looking to add a reliable, customer focused, and positive teammate to our office. Reporting to the Manager of Executive Operations and Special Projects, the ideal candidate will be able to prioritize their tasks while being self-motivated and trustworthy. You will ensure the smooth running of our everyday office tasks while supporting our diverse workforce in administration processes. Shared primarily with the Human Resources and Finance teams, the Front Desk Administrator provides day-to-day office support, while supporting the administration of the Human Resources and Finance office and daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Shipping & receiving
- Meeting and event coordination including booking rooms and scheduling meetings
- Ordering lunches for onsite meetings and events
- Maintain supply management for kitchen and office
- Office organization
- Ordering gifts for life events, holiday gifts and employee swag
- Publishing weekly birthday and anniversary posts to internal channels
- Represent Rightworks in a positive manner by welcoming and directing visitors with a friendly demeanor
- Supports the Human Resources team as needed, with ongoing tasks like Benefit invoice reconciliations.
- Support the Finance team as needed, with ongoing tasks like managing expense reports.
Requirements
- Proven skills as a Front Desk Administrator
- Customer focused mindset and ability to deliver exceptional service
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with MS office, Word, PowerPoint
