Join the Adventure: We're searching for a Front Desk Administrative Superhero to join our vibrant Anchorage team. If you thrive on being the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service, and bringing positive vibes to the office, you might be the perfect fit. The role offers opportunities for long-term growth, working closely with our HR and Finance teams. While full-time is preferred, we're open to a part-time schedule for the right individual.
Your Mission, Should you Choose to Accept:
- Welcome visitors and callers with professionalism.
- Maintain office appearance and orderliness, keeping our lobby area inviting to visitors and our break room and other common areas pleasant for employees.
- Keep office supplies stocked and handle clerical tasks efficiently.
- Manage meeting room coordination and play a lead role in organizing company events.
- Handle mail, packages, and data entry.
- Assist engineers and marketers in packaging reports and proposals.
- Support tracking and renewal of employee license and training records.
Your Toolkit:
- Proven experience in reception or administrative office assistance with a customer service focus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable attendance record. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; extra credit for some college or an office administration certificate.
Benefits: Starting rate $24-$30/hour, DOE.
