Triangle Disc Care needs a Front Desk Administrator / receptionist to join the team assisting a busy doctor in private practice 36 hours a week.
M - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Tu - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
W - closed
Th - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Fri - 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
Sat & Sun - closed
All major holidays closed.
A friendly, cheerful attitude and the willingness and ability to interact with patients from all walks of life are a must. Primary duties include the Front Desk - answering the phone, scheduling appointments on the computer, charting, answering questions, accepting payments, etc.
Patient care experience is helpful but not required, we will teach you everything you need to know. In addition, the office provides for 18 hours of online training + 6 hours of classroom training certifying basic competency as is required by the State of North Carolina.
