Warehouse Position

The File Room, a well-established, locally owned record retention and destruction business, is currently seeking a full-time warehouse associate for its warehouse located in Earth City, MO. This position is 40 hours per week with a schedule that will be 7:30 am-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Due to the nature of our business candidates will be required to meet the standards of our extensive background investigation before working in our warehouse.

Duties:

• Load and unload boxes containing confidential files
• Read and verify inventory on various delivery sheets and forms
• Maintain accurate and legible documentation
• Download information from scanners and audit scanner reports for accuracy
• Operate forklift, reach, cherry picker, and other equipment as necessary
• Ensure that the warehouse is organized
• Completion of special projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to meet the requirements of the pre-employment criminal background check.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Previous experience with file scanning and destruction is a plus.
• Forklift experience is necessary
• Must have a high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
