Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Check clients in efficiently and accurately
- Send and respond to emails promptly
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively
- Keep the studio clean
- Sell memberships after introductory classes
- Demo in introductory classes with great form
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Previous experience with sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information
- Be able to take a 50 minute barre class
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
