Front Counter Cashier

We are looking for someone friendly and energetic to join our team. Candidates must be able to offer exceptional customer service. Our mission is to provide high quality products while providing a fun and welcoming environment. The following are key responsibilities for our Front Counter Cashier.

• Learn and memorize our full menu
• Serve cupcakes, scoop ice cream and make espresso based beverages
• Utilize our iPad based POS to ring up customers
• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
• Maintain customer area and restrooms clean at all times
• Receive customer orders (in-person and by phone)
• Make to go boxes in bulk quantity
• Dispose of garbage at closing
• Training will be provided for all job responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess these attributes but not limited to the following:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Positive, team oriented attitude
• 18+ years or older
• Ability to multi task and work fast at busy times
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in any given situation
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work weekends and some weekdays
• Must be able to work some holidays
• Flexible availability
• Customer service experience highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
