Front Counter Cashier

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and ensuring a smooth checkout process. Responsibilities:

-Box up donuts and pour coffee.
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food products
- Upsell products and promote special offers to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating change
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Familiarity with the restaurant or food industry is beneficial
- Sales experience is an asset
