As we continue expanding, we seek a motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representative to join our dedicated team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Carrier Relationship Management Establish relationships with carriers, trucking companies, and other transportation providers, including FTL and LTL partnerships.
- Shipment Booking and Coordination: Match available carriers with suitable shipments based on capacity, route, and equipment.
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage the necessary shipping paperwork, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs paperwork.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges during the transportation process, such as delays, damages, or route changes.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, pricing fluctuations, and industry development.
- Negotiation Skills: Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with carriers, providing updates, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Shipment Tracking: Track and trace all orders booked to a carrier and ensure proper communication and paperwork.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as operations and customer service to ensure seamless coordination of freight movement and exceptional service delivery.
- Continuous Improvements: Seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service levels by identifying areas of improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all business dealings.

- 2+ years (preferred) of Freight Management (Broker) experience for highly competitive keyword groups, with deep knowledge of best practices and concepts
- Experience with a sales funnel and a high level of customer satisfaction
