JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a focus on Franchise sales. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new franchise partners for our brand. You will work closely with our sales team to measure and track success and lead acquisition.
This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and will be based out of our Headquarters in Jupiter, FL.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all areas of traditional and digital marketing for franchise development: content development; public relations; franchisee testimonial development; video content creation; website management and optimization; media planning and placement; creation, management, and execution of all traditional and digital advertising; and management and execution of franchise development social media.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to attract new franchise partners.
• Work with internal design team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and videos, to communicate the benefits of joining our franchise program.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for the franchise program.
• Provide regular reports on marketing and sales activities to senior management.
• Develop strategy for full franchise development sales funnel from lead acquisition to lead nurturing to conversion through email, phone and text.
• Drive lead generation growth and provide direction for franchise development marketing.
• Identifies opportunities for the brand to expand its business presence in new markets through podcasts, PR, grassroots, referrals, and more.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to generate leads and build brand awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales or franchise experience a plus.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
