ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish relationships with all franchisees and establishing the framework for ongoing support for marketing.
- Work in partnership with the marketing, operations, and sales teams to build and drive marketing activities that impact Storm Guards growth.
- Develop local marketing program plans necessary to address business challenges and drive consistent results.
- Ability to develop local marketing programs focused on SEO, PPC, Lead Generation, NPS, website, and social media.
- Continuously evaluate current processes and procedures to maximize opportunities for cost reduction and or increased efficiency/effectiveness.
- Travel and stay onsite at events in the assigned region(s). Occasional travel and hotel stay overnights 25% - of the time when needed. This is subject to change due to demand and budget expectations.
- Maintain a weekly status report and activity tracker to review with the Director of Marketing.
- Manage territory expenses and all reports required for recapping and sharing data within the region.
- Drives company business objectives and metrics for growth.
- Optimizes the use of company resources, while maintaining a healthy volume of activity in each market. Consistently develops new avenues for resource maximization, consumer impact, and retail sales.
- Demos and visits premium accounts to educate them about the brand. Develops, maintains, and amplifies our relationship with current vendor through consistent follow-up and marketing support.
- New Franchise Support - Build and guide franchisees to help create marketing plans to update their business plans and present plans to new franchisees during on-boarding.
- The candidate for this role MUST live in and/or around Fort Worth, TX USA.
- 3+ years of Field Marketing or Brand Marketing experience with budget accountability, ideally with a Franchise System.
- Strong knowledge of the franchise industry within the area and regions you will be focused.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs. Ability to learn and use new technology that is associated with the job.
- Exceptional planner and project manager with a strong franchise system background
- Ability to travel 25%+ of the year within the assigned region.
- Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a timely manner, with minimal supervision. Strong business acumen, relationship management skills, customer focus, and drive for results.
