Job Details:
Our organization is seeking a Contract Planful (EPM) Subject Matter Expert to support our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team within the medical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the Planful Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. This includes developing and maintaining balance sheet and cash flow projections, ensuring a smooth go-live process, establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing training, and acting as a super user for the system.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement and manage the Planful EPM system in line with the organization's strategic objectives.
2. Develop and maintain balance sheet and cash flow projections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
3. Lead the go-live process for the Planful EPM system, coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
4. Establish and enforce policies and procedures for the use of the Planful EPM system, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
5. Provide training and support to staff on the use of the Planful EPM system, acting as a super user and primary point of contact for any issues or queries.
6. Work closely with the FP&A team to integrate the Planful EPM system into existing workflows and processes.
7. Continually assess the effectiveness of the Planful EPM system and make recommendations for improvements or modifications as necessary.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), specifically within the medical industry.
3. Proven experience with the Planful EPM system, including implementation, management, and training.
4. Strong knowledge of balance sheet and cash flow projections.
5. Experience leading a go-live process for a major system or software.
6. Excellent understanding of financial policies and procedures, with the ability to establish and enforce these within the organization.
7. Outstanding communication and training skills, with the ability to act as a super user for the Planful EPM system.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
9. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
