We are actively seeking a highly skilled FP&A Business Partner to join our team in a unique hybrid capacity. As a vital contributor to our finance team, the successful candidate will bring substantial experience in financial forecasting and strategic analysis within digital advertising. This position combines the need for expertise in financial management and an ideal opportunity for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in the digital advertising sector and its evolving landscape.
Finance/FP&A
- Lead revenue and OPEX forecasting and analysis
- Own day-to-day budgeting, control, and analysis process, including Undertone's annual operating plan; serve as Business Partner lead point of contact for BU and department leadership
- Manage rate card, yield management, and margin analysis and provide proactive recommendations
- Take an active role in implementing new dashboards and optimizing reporting in existing systems
- Manage KPI and Investor Relations reporting and analysis alongside corporate, business unit, and department leadership
- Support business development, partnership, and vendor deal evaluations and negations
- Participate in monthly/quarterly close alongside Undertone's accounting team
Sales and HR/People Operations
- Support Salesforce profile and pipeline management alongside sales operation lead
- Participate in sales and operations HC planning and analysis
- Support people analytics and compensation analysis alongside HR
- Manage commission plan and payout calculations alongside sales operation lead
Requirements
- 5+ years of finance experience with 2+ years of media finance experience recommended
- Must have prior experience with Salesforce - Mandatory
- Prior experience with NetSuite and Tableau - a strong plus
- Advanced experience in office applications, particularly Excel & PowerPoint - Mandatory
- Excellent analytical skills
