Job Details

Report to CFO. We have 5 current team members on the finance team.
The FP&A Analyst is responsible for assisting the CFO as directed in all areas of financial and manufacturing analytics along with procurement. With a focus on inventory, cost, productivity, and price, the FP&A Analyst will be involved in forecasting, reporting, and reconciling all areas of the business.

• Develop, maintain, and deliver various reports and analyses, including sales, production & pricing.
• Inventory management for finished goods, raw materials, and spare parts including material variance reconciliations, oversee weekly/monthly counts and annual physical inventory
• Capacity Analysis
• Capital Expenditure studies
• Monthly board presentation
• Budgeting and forecasting, including quarterly forecasts and annual operating budget.
• Financial modeling
• Weekly cash forecasting
• Process weekly cash ACH payments and monthly bank reconciliations

Required:

• Recent experience as an FP&A Analyst
• Recent manufacturing experience

• Supply chain, manufacturing
• BOM's, Inventory
• Job costing, pricing
• Reporting
