Corporate FP&A acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support optimal business decision making. It is a key asset in the future growth of the company that brings perspective and relevant ideas about the world around us into our financial planning and analytical processes. The FP&A group is also instrumental in shaping processes and activities to deliver high predictability of results in a timely, efficient and orderly manner.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Compiles and analyzes complex financial information and projects.
- Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses and projections, reports, and presentations.
- Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
- Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
- Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
- Position may provide functional advice or training to less- experienced analyst positions.
- Works under limited supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Knowledge of accounting
- Knowledge and understanding of systems, data requirements and hierarchy management
- Knowledge and understanding of Excel and PowerPoint required; ability to extract relevant data and convert for analysis and communication is critical
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- SQL scripting and data analysis skills
- Knowledge/understanding of civil construction contracting and accounting

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - 100,000 per year depending on experience and/or education. This position is eligible to participate in company's annual bonus program.
