This position is being offered in a hybrid (remote/onsite) capacity based on the needs of the business. Onsite work will be expected up to 2-3 times per week on average. The preferred candidate will be commutable to Centennial, CO.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Rates Analyst that is hard-working, energetic, and a dedicated individual to join the SEAKR Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The FP&A Rates analyst will support the SEAKR FP&A team reporting to the FP&A Lead. You will be responsible for indirect & direct rate development, tracking and analysis, monitor absorption levels and helping the long term rates plan in support of growth objectives.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Indirect & Direct Rate development working closely with the FP&A Lead
• Balance Sheet and Income Statement analysis working closely with SEAKR Accounting team
• Involvement in margin expansion/cost reduction initiatives
• Weekly and Monthly Headcount Analysis
• Various FP&A activities including monthly forecast of rates, working closely with accounting to understand cost flowing to LOH and G&A.
• Develop forward pricing rates based on long term strategy and pipeline growth.
• Support to proposal activities including bid strategy, pricing inputs, market analysis and compilation of briefing material for bid reviews with senior key team members.
• Perform Backlog analysis to provide recommendations on forecast of indirect rates.
• Review inventory consumption across programs and ensure proper tracking and forecasting of inventory balance.
• Creation of financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.
• Business Case development (IRR/ROI Analysis)
• Support long term plan for financial systems and processes.
• Relocation assistance is not available.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Prior experience with Budgets and Rates, CAS & Government Compliance.
• Financial modeling and analysis experience in high growth organizations including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
