Job Title: FP&A Analyst & OneStream Administrator
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking, based at our Oak Park, MI warehouse, a motivated and experienced Financial Analyst and/or FP&A Analyst with a focus on OneStream, who is also capable of developing and assuming the responsibilities of an OneStream Financial System Administrator. This unique dual role is ideal for a finance professional who possesses a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), along with a keen interest in financial system administration. While prior experience with OneStream is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. Essential to this role is a solid background in financial systems, which will be pivotal in adapting to and excelling in the OneStream environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
a. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts.
b. Analyze financial statements, market trends, and operational metrics.
c. Provide actionable insights to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
d. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and forecast future performance.
2. OneStream System Administration:
a. Administer and maintain the OneStream financial consolidation and reporting platform.
b. Implement, configure, and optimize OneStream applications and modules.
c. Resolve technical issues and ensure system integrity and reliability.
d. Liaise between finance and IT to enhance OneStream’s functionality and user experience.
3. Training and User Support:
a. Facilitate the training of finance staff on OneStream functionalities and best practices.
b. Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and system guides.
c. Provide ongoing support to OneStream users, addressing queries and concerns.
4. Project Management:
a. Manage projects related to financial system improvements and integrations.
b. Ensure that OneStream projects are delivered on time and within budget.
c. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Familiarity with financial systems and databases (prior OneStream experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
